PhD Admissions & Scholarship Specialist

About the role

Future Serve Overseas Education Services is hiring a PhD Admissions & Scholarship Specialist in Peshawar. The specialist evaluates students' academic and research profiles and recommends suitable countries, universities, programs and funding routes, while researching scholarships, research projects and research assistantships. The role also guides students in building their academic profiles and helps them complete applications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the database of PhD and scholarship applicants with accurate, up-to-date records.
• Research and identify fully funded PhD scholarships, research projects, research assistantships and other funded academic opportunities internationally.
• Evaluate student profiles and recommend countries, universities, programs, supervisors and funding mechanisms.
• Advise students on research experience, publications, journal articles, conference papers and academic CV development.
• Analyze students' disciplines, research interests and long-term goals to suggest research directions.
• Research academic supervisors by reviewing their publications, projects, labs and funding status, and draft customised, professional emails to potential supervisors.
• Guide students through university and scholarship portals, explaining procedures, eligibility, documents, deadlines and funding conditions.
• Maintain an application tracking system for deadlines, supervisor communication and follow-ups, and keep students informed.
• Independently search for, verify and update information on scholarships and funding opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams on resources and best practices.
