Physiotherapist Clinical Representative

About the role

Sequel Technologies is seeking a Physiotherapist Clinical Representative to join its healthcare IT team in Rawalpindi. The role focuses on configuring and enhancing EHR/EMR workflows for physiotherapy practices, ensuring that clinical documentation meets industry standards and supports effective patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and improve EHR/EMR workflows, including SOAP notes, physiotherapy templates, treatment plans, and procedures.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, physicians, and healthcare staff to gather clinical requirements.
• Provide structured feedback to refine clinical features for rehabilitation and physiotherapy.
• Train internal teams and clients on best practices and EHR functionalities.
• Ensure documentation complies with relevant regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Completed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; non‑practicing DPT preferred.
• Experience in physiotherapy clinical settings or healthcare IT, especially with EHR/EMR systems.
• Strong understanding of physiotherapy workflows, patient assessments, and treatment documentation.
• Familiarity with medical billing, coding, and healthcare compliance.
