Planning Engineer

About the role

Takmeel Square is seeking a disciplined Planning Engineer to join its on‑site development team in DHA Bahawalpur. The professional will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and controlling construction schedules while collaborating closely with site, design, procurement, and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Monitor actual progress against approved timelines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with site, design, procurement, and project management teams.
• Identify delays, risks, and schedule deviations.
• Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules when required.
• Track milestones and support management with planning reports.
• Maintain accurate progress data and planning documentation.

Required profile

• BSc/BE in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in construction planning.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
