Pre-Joining Senior Associate – Talent Services (9‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

EY is seeking a Pre‑Joining Senior Associate to join its Talent Services team in Pakistan. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless onboarding experience, with a focus on immigration, documentation, and new‑joiner support.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the immigration process for new employees, handling complex and sensitive cases.
• Manage local immigration matters, stay updated on country‑specific policies, and support employees accordingly.
• Prepare residency renewal, medical, and pension documents and assist with national employee pension registration.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal documentation and uphold EY’s brand reputation.
• Liaise with managers and colleagues to proactively resolve issues and ensure a high‑quality new‑joiner experience.
• Identify potential problems and opportunities in the pre‑boarding process and support internal clients through changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (HR specialization preferred).
• 4‑7 years of immigration experience within a large multinational or global organization.
• Strong knowledge of KSA/UAE employment visa and Iqama transfer processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
