Principal - Peshawar Campus

About the role

Pak-Turk Maarif International Schools and Colleges, an educational network with 26 campuses across Pakistan, is hiring a Principal for its Peshawar campus. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative operations of the school in line with institutional policies and educational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise teaching and support staff, observe classrooms and guide instructional practices
• Promote a safe, inclusive learning environment
• Develop and implement school improvement plans
• Manage admissions and student affairs
• Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians
• Oversee budgeting and coordinate with the central office
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and represent the school in community and stakeholder engagements

Required profile

• Relevant teaching and school leadership experience, preferably in K-12 or similar settings, with a track record of successful campus management
• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Administration or a related field; additional school leadership certifications are an advantage
• Familiarity with Pakistani educational regulations and standards; experience in international or bilingual schools is beneficial
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and to the school's values and mission
