Procurement Officer for ACE Group Entities

About the role

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing and procuring a wide range of goods and services for ACE Group entities, excluding civil and construction procurement. The role ensures competitive sourcing, vendor management, and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and maintain approved vendors for IT equipment, office supplies, maintenance, media equipment and other categories.
• Obtain competitive quotations, prepare comparative statements and verify pricing accuracy.
• Manage vendor communications, negotiations, delivery follow‑ups and resolve invoice queries.
• Document vendor evaluations, selection rationale and support annual cross‑entity spend reporting.
• Process requisitions and purchase orders through HRMS, ensuring adherence to SOPs and operational SLAs.
• Maintain complete procurement records and coordinate with requesters, Accounts and relevant departments for timely delivery and invoice matching.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain operations.
• Strong vendor negotiation, sourcing and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HRMS or similar procurement systems.
