Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end procurement function, ensuring timely purchase orders, invoicing and receipt of goods across the EMEA region. The role requires strong coordination with suppliers and internal teams to maintain service levels and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain order placement and ETA management within defined SLA, prioritising correct sourcing routes and supplier rebates.
• Execute purchase orders aligning with cost, quantity and delivery objectives while updating open purchase orders daily.
• Serve as liaison between suppliers and internal departments, resolving orders lacking ETA after 48 hours.
• Generate weekly, daily and monthly reports in collaboration with Finance and Sales to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Graduate/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management (preferred) and 3‑4 years experience in a combined procurement/operations role, preferably in the reseller hardware/software industry.
• Experience working with large‑scale global distributors and small OEMs, and ability to manage time to meet SLA targets.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP tools, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its CE offering.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities, vendor engagement, and understanding of IT product terminology.
