Product Manager – Account Services

About the role

The GTB Account Services Product Manager will support the Head of Liquidity in managing corporate account products, driving strategy, and ensuring operational efficiency across markets. This role offers exposure to liquidity products and corporate banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and roadmap of corporate account services, including current, escrow, client money, Vostro, Islamic, and digital asset accounts.
• Own the end‑to‑end account opening journey, from onboarding and documentation to digital enablement.
• Define and track portfolio KPIs, SLAs, and P&L, and redesign processes to improve performance.
• Coordinate pricing, billing, and regulatory compliance, and run marketing campaigns to grow the corporate account base.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in banking, treasury, or financial services, with exposure to account products and liquidity management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
