IFRS Support – Assistant Manager / Senior Consultant

About the role

Join the Financial Accounting & Advisory Services team to help clients implement new accounting standards, provide technical accounting advice, and deliver IFRS training. You will work on complex transactions and support finance functions across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Implement IFRS standards such as IFRS 9, 15, 16, 10, 3, 13, 11, 5, IAS 36, 16, 38, 28.
• Prepare technical accounting memos, position papers and develop accounting policies.
• Support business combinations, purchase price allocations, goodwill calculations and carve‑out accounting.
• Assess accounting impact of financing arrangements and capital restructurings.
• Develop and deliver internal and client‑facing IFRS training sessions.

Required profile

• Professional qualification CA, ACA or ACCA (mandatory).
• 4–8 years of experience in Big‑4, reputable advisory firms or IFRS‑focused roles in large corporates.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Practical application of IFRS standards (IFRS 9, 15, 16, etc.).
• Preparation of technical accounting memos and advisory deliverables.
• Experience with transaction accounting, purchase price allocation and goodwill calculations.
