Product Sourcing Specialist – Procurement

About the role

Wertech Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Product Sourcing Specialist to join its procurement team. The role focuses on sourcing products, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source products from local and international suppliers based on business needs.
• Research, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors while maintaining strong relationships.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and contracts to achieve cost‑effective procurement.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle from supplier selection to order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on product availability, pricing, and order status.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Compare supplier quotations, analyze costs, and identify the best sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, reduce costs, and optimize processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
• Fresh graduates and junior‑level candidates with strong interest in sourcing are welcome.
• Prior experience in product sourcing, procurement, purchasing or supply chain management is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional communication with customers and suppliers.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
