Production Manager – PE Pipe Manufacturing

About the role

The Production Manager will lead the PE pipe manufacturing operation, overseeing extrusion lines for HDPE and MDPE products to meet output targets while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise the entire production process, managing machine utilization, manpower and raw material consumption.
• Monitor production metrics such as OEE, process parameters and quality benchmarks, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, quality assurance and stores to ensure smooth workflow and on‑time delivery.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Kaizen initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing PE pipe (HDPE/MDPE) production lines.
• Leadership of a team of around 20 staff, including training, performance evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of ISO and HSE requirements in a manufacturing environment.
