Production Manager & Sourcing Agent – Luxury Brand

About the role

Kaylani is looking for a Production Manager who will act as the bridge between the brand’s design vision and the artisans who bring it to life. The role focuses on sourcing high‑quality Zardozi and hand‑embroidery workshops and ensuring production meets international luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Scout, evaluate and manage reliable Zardozi and hand‑embroidery workshops on the ground.
• Supervise fabric quality, embroidery neatness, stitching and finishing to meet luxury standards.
• Manage timelines to guarantee timely completion and shipment of orders.
• Provide daily or weekly behind‑the‑scenes updates to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain artisan relationships, resolve issues professionally and ensure smooth production flow.

Required profile

• Proven experience sourcing and managing Zardozi or hand‑embroidery workshops.
• Strong quality‑control expertise for luxury garments (fabric, embroidery, finish).
• Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Demonstrated project and timeline management abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with stakeholder and artisan relationship management.
• Willingness to travel and work on‑site in production hubs.
