Program Coordination Manager

About the role

The Program Coordination Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end planning, execution, and governance of a portfolio of products and projects. This role ensures alignment with strategic objectives, drives delivery excellence across Agile and Waterfall frameworks, and enforces PMO standards, compliance, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of products/projects from initiation to closure, defining roadmaps, milestones, inter‑dependencies and critical paths.
• Oversee delivery using hybrid methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall), ensuring sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning and stage‑gate adherence.
• Enforce PMO frameworks, standards and templates while maintaining program documentation such as business cases, RAID logs and status reports.
• Engage senior stakeholders and sponsors, establishing communication cadences, managing expectations and securing sign‑offs at key milestones.
• Identify, assess and mitigate program‑level risks and issues, maintaining RAID logs and managing inter‑project dependencies.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts and resource allocation, tracking financial performance against approved budgets.
• Ensure quality gates across the SDLC, overseeing UAT, performance testing, security testing (VAPT) and go‑live readiness assessments.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and coordinating large‑scale programs or portfolios.
• Strong understanding of both Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting and resource management for programs.
• Solid knowledge of PMO governance, compliance and reporting practices.
