About the role

The National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC) seeks a dynamic Program Director to lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of its accreditation and capacity‑building programs. This senior position reports to the Council and plays a pivotal role in shaping the quality assurance landscape for business education across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution, monitoring, and enhancement of all NBEAC programs, ensuring alignment with the Council’s vision and strategic priorities.
• Develop policies and strategic initiatives for Council approval, overseeing accreditation operations, peer reviews, and compliance processes.
• Strengthen partnerships with national and international accreditation bodies, higher‑education institutions, government agencies, professional associations, and industry stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver the Annual Deans and Directors Conference, handling program design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, logistics, and post‑event evaluation.
• Manage financial, human‑resource, and administrative functions, including budgeting, revenue generation, staff performance, recruitment oversight, and governance support.
• Provide leadership for training, certification, and capacity‑building initiatives, approving calendars that reflect strategic priorities and stakeholder needs.

Required profile

• MBA or MS in Management Sciences (or equivalent) with at least a Second Division.
• Minimum ten (10) years of professional experience, including at least five (5) years in higher‑education quality assurance, accreditation, academic administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and strategic partnerships.
• Age between 35 and 55 years, or as prescribed by the competent authority.
