Project Coordinator

About the role

MCG Technologies is looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support the execution of client projects and internal operations. Working onsite in Islamabad, you will act as the main link between customers, technical teams, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and define project requirements, scope, objectives, and deliverables with customers.
• Create and maintain project work plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare, organize, and update project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
• Assign tasks to technical teams, monitor progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution.
• Manage project correspondence, procurement of equipment, and inventory audits.
• Support billing processes by preparing reports and coordinating with Finance.
• Coordinate scheduling for support activities, service requests, and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (MPM candidates encouraged).
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solution‑focused.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
