Project Coordinator

About the role

Zones, a global IT solutions provider, is looking for a Project Coordinator to support deployment projects for its top‑tier clients. The role focuses on ensuring smooth delivery, meeting service‑level agreements, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment processes across multiple internal teams.
• Use tools such as CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis, and ServiceNow to manage orders and schedules.
• Process orders with attention to detail, perform quality checks, and monitor shipment status.
• Maintain client dashboards, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Excel trackers.
• Drive deployment requirements through Kinaxis demand‑planning, handling order and schedule changes.
• Develop an understanding of inventory‑management best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work with ambiguous requests and manage competing priorities.
• Project‑management experience is a plus.
