Project Coordinator

About the role

The Project Coordinator will support Zones' top‑tier clients by managing end‑to‑end deployment processes, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment processes for top‑tier clients, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams using tools such as CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis and ServiceNow.
• Process orders, perform quality checks, release shipments and monitor status.
• Maintain inventory management best practices and support demand‑planning activities.
• Manage project dashboards, Smartsheets and MS Excel to track progress and drive schedule changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle ambiguous requests, meet aggressive deadlines and solve problems analytically.
• Experience in project coordination or project management is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis and ServiceNow.
• Advanced use of Smartsheets and MS Excel for reporting and tracking.
