Project Management Officer (PMO) – Agile & Scrum Lead

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Project Management Officer to lead project governance, streamline execution processes, and ensure successful delivery across multiple initiatives. The role combines Agile Scrum leadership with PMO oversight to align project execution with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader for Scrum teams, facilitating daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach Product Owners and teams on backlog grooming, prioritisation, and sprint readiness.
• Establish and enforce PMO frameworks, standards, and governance models across all projects.
• Track project KPIs, delivery health, risks, dependencies and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning and workforce coordination with department heads.
• Drive continuous improvement by standardising documentation, workflows, dashboards and automation tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading Agile/Scrum teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technology, QA and business development functions.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts and maintain alignment among cross‑functional teams.
