Project Manager – Civil & MEP

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end execution of civil and MEP projects within a fuel‑station environment. You will be responsible for delivering new constructions, extensions, equipment changes and ground works while ensuring quality, cost, safety and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project execution plans and identify critical requirements.
• Engage and manage architects, designers and third‑party contractors, guiding design to meet specifications.
• Lead teams and suppliers to comply with HSSE and contractual standards.
• Control project costs, validate invoices and manage budget variations.
• Supervise site activities, especially hold points, to ensure contractual compliance.
• Maintain accurate project schedules and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate project handover, asset data registration and supplier accreditation.
• Manage the Permit‑to‑Work system and ensure all personnel are properly trained.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated professional with proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong understanding of construction, civil and MEP engineering in a fuel‑station context.
• Excellent analytical skills for cost control, forecasting and decision making.
• Ability to work on‑site and collaborate with diverse internal and external teams.
