Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary construction and development projects in Taxila. The role involves overseeing civil works, MEP installations, and architectural coordination from planning through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects end‑to‑end, including planning, execution, testing, and handover.
• Coordinate civil, MEP, and architectural design disciplines.
• Develop and monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Review drawings, BOQs, technical submissions and track project progress.
• Identify and resolve delays, design conflicts, and execution risks.
• Conduct site meetings, maintain progress reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects with civil, MEP, and architectural components.
• Strong technical understanding of civil works and MEP systems.
• Ability to independently drive projects to successful completion.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
