Project Manager - Construction, MEP & HVAC

About the role

An experienced Project Manager is sought to independently manage multidisciplinary construction and development projects covering civil works, MEP, HVAC, architectural and design coordination, and overall project execution. Preference will be given to candidates based in or near Taxila.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through execution, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate civil, MEP, HVAC, architectural and other design disciplines.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Review drawings, BOQs, technical submissions and project progress.
• Monitor HVAC installations, systems and related technical works.
• Identify delays, design conflicts, HVAC/MEP coordination issues and execution risks and resolve them on time.
• Conduct site meetings, maintain progress reports and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction/project experience.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
