About the role
Haball Private Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital financial services initiatives. The role focuses on coordinating fintech solutions, integrating banking and payment partners, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Manage cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA, and Business Analysis.
- Coordinate integrations with banking systems, payment gateways, and other financial partners.
- Track project timelines, risks, resources, and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience in FinTech, Banking, Payments, or related financial technology sectors.
- Proven ability to manage software development projects using Agile/Scrum.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are a plus.
