Project Manager – Global Operations

About the role

BURRAQ Group is looking for a proactive, MBA‑qualified Project Manager to lead its Global Operations. You will act as the central link between regional teams, senior leadership, and external partners, ensuring seamless execution of international initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operational activities across multiple international regions.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes for efficiency.
• Coordinate the establishment of new operational departments and business functions in emerging markets.
• Provide comprehensive business support to senior management and drive strategic initiatives.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of Liaison & Operations Managers worldwide.
• Supervise global Liaison and Operational Managers, set KPIs, and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain effective communication between headquarters and regional teams and coordinate with external partner organizations.

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
• Strong generalist background with proven experience in international operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale operational structures in new regions.
