Project Manager – High-Rise Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑rise residential, commercial and mixed‑use developments for Takmeel Square. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the execution of landmark high‑rise projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, cost estimates and risk registers.
• Control budgets, monitor expenditures and implement cost‑saving measures.
• Manage contract administration, quality assurance, health‑safety‑environment (HSE) compliance and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure timely delivery by tracking progress against Primavera P6/MS Project schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of construction project management experience, with a focus on high‑rise residential, commercial or mixed‑use projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) and mandatory PEC registration.
• Proven leadership, decision‑making and communication abilities.
