Project Manager – IT Solutions

About the role

The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The role requires strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication, and the capacity to influence both business and technical leaders in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project onboarding based on the project scope and Statement of Work (SOW).
• Coordinate resources and subject‑matter experts across multiple functions for project start‑up.
• Gather project requirements and develop Playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Obtain Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements and document rollout schedules and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Drive project changes, product lead times, and rollout requirements through the IntelliPlan system.
• Define, track, and report measurable outcomes for each project.
• Determine inventory needs, collaborate with Supply Chain on lead times, and manage inventory arrival schedules.
• Oversee all aspects of project billing, including services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer operations teams.
