Project Manager (Scrum Master) - Software Delivery

About the role

ISB Global develops and implements Waste & Recycling One (WR1), an integrated software solution for the waste, recycling, clean energy and environmental sectors. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Project Manager in Lahore who works with the Head of Technology and technical leads to plan, coordinate and govern delivery across the Technology teams. A central part of the role is leading the creation and continuous improvement of an automated project-management layer.

Key responsibilities

• Plan projects: set milestones, deliverables and timelines, track progress against scope and commitments, and coordinate corrective action on delays.
• Coordinate resources, priorities, capacity and dependencies across projects, and escalate priority conflicts with clear options.
• Ensure work has clear ownership, follow up on commitments and escalate blockers and overdue actions.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and investigate exceptions and inaccurate forecasts.
• Monitor estimated versus actual effort, flag potential overruns and ensure scope changes are reviewed and approved.
• Support agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog management, delivery reviews and team ceremonies, adapting ways of working to embrace AI and automation.
• Lead the automated project-management layer: status collection, dependency visibility, risk alerts, effort vs. actual analysis, reporting and dashboards.
• Report regularly to the Head of Technology, COO and other stakeholders, moving toward interpretation and recommendation as reporting becomes automated.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience.
• Experience managing software or technology projects across multiple teams, with ownership of delivery, dependencies, risks and follow-through.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira and practical Agile delivery; experience planning milestones, coordinating resources and monitoring effort.
• Experience automating reporting, workflows or project monitoring, and turning delivery data into recommendations.
• Confident communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Desirable: Scrum Master background, experience improving project-management processes and tooling, AI-assisted workflows or connected reporting, SaaS, enterprise apps, integrations or cloud infrastructure projects, and a background in software implementation (ERP or industry-specific solutions preferred).
