Project Manager – Technology Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, delivery‑focused Project Manager to join our Product Management team and drive technology initiatives across a multi‑brand e‑commerce business. The role will coordinate the end‑to‑end delivery of production issues, change requests, enhancements and projects, acting as the central link between business stakeholders and technology teams in the UK, Australia and Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the technology delivery Kanban board, ensuring all items are correctly prioritised and tracked.
• Gather, document and translate business requirements into actionable work items for developers, QA and infrastructure teams.
• Coordinate planning, testing, production releases and post‑deployment activities for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and blockers, driving timely resolution to keep delivery on schedule.
• Provide regular status updates, risk reports and governance artefacts to stakeholders across regions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase team effectiveness and delivery speed.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Project Coordinator.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a focus on delivering results.
