About the role
Join PwC's Ethics function as a Project Trainee, supporting the Business Conduct Leader in fostering a culture of integrity and compliance across the firm.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing, executing, and monitoring innovative practices and controls focused on ethics and business conduct.
- Oversee communication and education initiatives to raise awareness of the PwC Code of Conduct.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and propose efficiency improvements.
- Act as Assistant Assessor for the annual Ethics and Business Conduct Network Standard compliance process.
- Maintain a log of ethics complaints, conduct investigations, and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership.
Required profile
- Degree in Law, Psychology, Philosophy, Organizational Behaviour, International Relations or Political Science.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and committed to continuous learning.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment focused on ethical standards.
