About the role
Future Shine is seeking a Publisher Manager to join its on‑site team. You will act as the primary liaison for digital publishers, helping them maximize revenue through tailored monetization strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new publishers and understand their business objectives.
- Analyze performance data, optimize ad placements, and generate regular reports.
- Collaborate with ad operations, product, and finance teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Identify growth opportunities, negotiate terms, and maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
Required profile
- Strong relationship‑building and account‑management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance metrics.
- Good communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical insights into clear language.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple publisher accounts and meet deadlines.
