QA Automation Engineer

About the role

Devsinc is looking for a QA Automation Engineer to lead API regression testing automation for its Anti‑Fraud domain. You will design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts for API, web and mobile applications covering functional, regression, smoke and sanity testing.
• Automate API regression test cases for the Anti‑Fraud domain, continuously improving coverage and reliability.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI and support test‑run automation with TestOps and Allure.
• Review requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure adequate test coverage and identify quality risks.
• Document, track and validate defects while collaborating closely with developers for resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in QA automation.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, test design and defect management.

• Automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium (optional).
• Programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, C# (Kotlin a plus).
• API testing tools: Postman, RestAssured.
• CI/CD integration: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
• Test reporting: TestOps, Allure.
• Version control: Git, GitHub.
• Performance testing: JMeter, Gatling.
• BDD frameworks: Cucumber, SpecFlow.
• Agile tools: Jira, Slack.
• Basic cloud knowledge: AWS, Azure, GCP.
