QA Billing Auditor

About the role

The QA Billing Auditor will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance of all medical billing activities performed by Sequel Technologies. Working closely with the billing team, you will conduct regular quality audits, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality audits on billing tasks to verify accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal standards.
• Detect errors, inconsistencies, and process gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain detailed audit documentation and generate reports for management review.
• Collaborate with the billing team to enhance workflow efficiency and overall quality.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external billing regulations.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in medical billing, with QA or auditing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• High attention to detail and a keen eye for process gaps.
• Understanding of billing standards, compliance requirements, and documentation practices.
