Quality Assurance Observer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Observer is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Islamabad. The role monitors and evaluates customer interactions, sales presentations and service processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits of customer interactions and service processes.
• Track performance metrics and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with team leads to address quality issues and support training initiatives.
• Maintain detailed logs of observations and prepare actionable reports.
• Review documentation and records to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with management to improve overall client experience.

Required profile

• Strong observational, analytical and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication, reporting and feedback delivery skills.
• Attention to detail, process evaluation and compliance awareness.
• Basic data analysis capability and proficiency with office productivity tools.
• Previous experience in quality assurance or customer service evaluation, preferably in real‑estate or service‑oriented industries.
• Ability to work on‑site in Islamabad, manage multiple observations and maintain confidentiality.
• Relevant education in business, quality management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
