Sales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

Grand Crest Real Estate & Developers is looking for a Sales Executive to support property sales in Islamabad. The person will connect prospective buyers with suitable real estate opportunities, build trusted client relationships and help the company meet its sales targets. The role is based in Islamabad and involves regular client engagement and property visits.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective buyers through referrals, enquiries and prospecting.
• Understand client requirements, budgets and timelines, then recommend relevant properties and development projects.
• Present property features, pricing, payment plans and project information accurately and professionally.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings and property or project visits, and follow up promptly on enquiries.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and sales progress using company records or CRM tools.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and coordinate documentation and handover with internal teams.
• Monitor local market activity and share client feedback and sales updates with management.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify client needs, qualify leads, explain property options and guide prospects through a sales process.
• Confident follow-up and objection-handling, with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable arranging client meetings and visiting properties in Islamabad.
• Organized lead and pipeline management, accurate record keeping and timely reporting.
• Commercial awareness, target orientation, discretion with client information and dependable teamwork.
• Knowledge of Islamabad property markets, real estate documentation and common payment plans is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets and CRM or sales tracking tools.
