Quality Assurance & Training Specialist – US Healthcare

About the role

The Quality Assurance and Training Specialist will work onsite in Lahore, supporting US‑Healthcare and patient‑care projects delivered by Virtual Communication PK. This full‑time position ensures that service outputs meet internal standards and client expectations while building the capabilities of the team through targeted training.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate service quality across multiple projects by reviewing calls, work outputs and documentation.
• Prepare and present quality reports, highlighting performance gaps and recommending corrective actions.
• Design, update and deliver training programs and workshops for new hires and existing staff.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date quality documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong background in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably within IT/BPO or US‑Healthcare environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, conducting and reporting quality audits.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training sessions for diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, able to work onsite in Lahore and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
