Quality Control Manager

About the role

MR INDUSTRIES is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead all quality assurance and control activities at its Karachi facility. This full‑time, on‑site position will develop and enforce quality standards, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement across production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and standard operating procedures.
• Inspect incoming materials and finished products to verify conformance with specifications.
• Monitor production processes, identify non‑conformances, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead, coach, and train the quality team to achieve high performance.
• Investigate root causes of defects using tools such as Pareto analysis and 5 Whys.
• Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and metrics for internal and regulatory stakeholders.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and management to reduce defects and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in quality control and assurance methodologies.
• Experience developing and implementing quality management systems and SOPs.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is highly beneficial.
