Quality Expert

About the role

The Quality Expert will drive improvements across the hiring and rider onboarding processes, ensuring high standards of recruitment, retention and operational readiness for foodpanda’s rider workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor recruitment funnels, evaluate candidate quality and identify gaps in sourcing and screening.
• Own rider quality performance by overseeing hiring, onboarding and operational readiness.
• Optimize lead conversion through coordinated follow‑ups, recruiter collaboration and applicant engagement.
• Analyze early rider lifecycle data to improve retention and onboarding effectiveness.
• Track and reduce cost per hire while meeting recruitment targets within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Analytics or related field.
• 2+ years experience in operations, recruitment analytics, rider operations, quality or workforce management.
• Experience in logistics, mobility, delivery or gig‑economy operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
