About the role
The Quality Officer will support Youngs Food’s commitment to delivering safe and high‑quality food products. Working on‑site in Karachi, you will apply your food technology knowledge to ensure raw materials and packaging meet strict standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform physical, chemical and sensory analyses of raw and packaging materials.
- Prepare and issue Certificates of Analysis (COA) for each batch.
- Document test results and maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly.
Required profile
- MSc in Food Technology or related field.
- 0‑2 years of experience in food quality or laboratory analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset, self‑motivated and result‑oriented.
