Quantity Surveyor (Civil / Mechanical)

About the role

The company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work on civil and mechanical construction projects in Karachi. You will be responsible for preparing accurate quantities, bills of quantities and billing statements, ensuring proper measurement of materials, labour and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quantities, Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and billing for construction projects.
• Measure and quantify materials, labour and equipment for civil and mechanical works.
• Work on water supply and sewerage projects (preferred).
• Coordinate with site teams to verify quantities and progress for interim and final payments.
• Maintain accurate records of site measurements, variations and payment claims.

Required profile

• DAE (Civil) or DAE (Mechanical) qualification.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation and billing.
• Experience with water supply and sewerage works (preferred).
• Ability to perform site measurements and prepare accurate payment claims.
