Raw Material Warehouse Executive

About the role

The Raw Material Warehouse Executive is responsible for issuing and receiving inventory, coordinating stock movements, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing the overall storage of raw materials at National Foods Limited.

Key responsibilities

• Timely issuance and receipt of raw material inventory.
• Record issuance/receiving cycles in SAP on‑site.
• Supervise placement, stacking and counting of raw materials in the warehouse.
• Coordinate excess or shortage adjustments directly at the warehouse.
• Liaise with production teams and third‑party logistics (3PL) to resolve raw‑material concerns.
• Prepare and share weekly stock and transaction reports with 3PL, addressing discrepancies promptly.
• Process month‑end stock adjustments and ensure batch management compliance.
• Ensure that 3PL stores follow National Foods Limited approved SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehousing and inventory management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP for inventory transactions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Strong inventory and warehousing knowledge.
• Effective time‑management and communication abilities.
