Real Estate Investment Advisor

About the role

Zameen.com, Pakistan's leading real estate portal and part of the Emerging Markets Property Group, is looking for a Real Estate Investment Advisor. The advisor guides clients in making profitable real estate investment decisions by analysing market trends, advising on property investments and building long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities based on their financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and clients.
• Prepare and deliver investment proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the buying process.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends, laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related field.
• 1 to 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, investment advisory or brokerage.
• Strong understanding of property investment concepts such as ROI, IRR and rental yield.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with a client-focused, consultative approach.
• Ability to analyse financial data and market reports.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
