Real Estate Marketing Manager (Women Preferred)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of our property portfolio. The role is full‑time, on‑site and requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales through innovative marketing campaigns and strong brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for real‑estate projects.
• Manage both online and offline campaigns, including digital ads, print materials, and social media.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and digital content while maintaining brand consistency.
• Utilise SEO, SEM and social media tools to boost online visibility.
• Coordinate advertising efforts across print and digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data‑driven reports to refine tactics.
• Maintain relationships with media contacts, vendors and partners.
• Organise open houses, exhibitions and networking events to showcase properties.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in real‑estate marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with capacity to interpret market data.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel for events and property visits.
