About the role
The General Manager Sales & Marketing will lead the Pakistan business, overseeing P&L, occupancy, revenue growth and customer experience across all locations. This senior leader will drive commercial strategy, operational excellence and expansion initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own overall P&L performance, set and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
- Lead sales teams, manage pipelines, negotiate strategic accounts and develop new revenue channels.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure service standards, drive process improvements and cost optimisation.
- Enhance member experience, monitor satisfaction, resolve escalations and improve the customer journey.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, financial reporting and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Coach managers, support talent development and foster a culture of innovation.
- Build strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, landlords, investors and government entities.
- Drive joint‑venture expansion, conduct feasibility studies, lead project execution and monitor JV performance.
