Receptionist – Front Desk (Islamabad)

About the role

This full-time, on-site Receptionist position in Islamabad will be the first point of contact for visitors, callers and clients of ATS ENGINEERING Sales & Services. You will ensure a professional and welcoming front-desk experience while supporting daily office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, manage visitor log and issue badges.
• Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls using the office phone system.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and conference rooms.
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, copying, data entry and document handling.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception and waiting area.
• Provide courteous customer service to clients, partners and internal staff.
• Assist administrative staff with routine tasks and relay information accurately.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration or customer-service training is a plus.
• Relevant experience in a receptionist or front-desk role in an office or corporate environment preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Basic computer literacy, including email, word-processing applications and office phone systems.
