Recovery Officer (Payment Recovery) - Lahore

About the role

A Recovery Officer is needed in DHA Phase 6, Lahore, to manage recovery calls and follow-ups on outstanding payments while keeping a professional and positive customer experience. Working hours are 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Make recovery calls to assigned customers and follow up on payment commitments
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery progress
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns during calls
• Guide customers clearly on payment procedures and coordinate with internal departments on payment-related issues
• Respond promptly to inbound calls and comply with company policies while keeping service quality high

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
• 1-3 years of experience in recovery, collections, customer service or call handling preferred; real estate recovery experience is an added advantage

Required skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional handling of customers in challenging situations
• Good follow-up, coordination and record-keeping abilities
• Confidence with inbound and outbound calls
