About the role
We are looking for an energetic Recruiter who enjoys meeting new people and can quickly assess a candidate’s potential through insightful questioning. The role focuses on building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for upcoming positions.
- Conduct phone and in‑person interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries.
- Meet weekly quotas for calls, emails, and candidate outreach.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
- High energy, passion for recruiting, and a proven ability to meet quotas.
