About the role

Eza Consultancy is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join its UK Healthcare Recruitment team based in Karachi. This full‑time, rota‑based position offers the chance to work with a fast‑growing agency and support the placement of healthcare professionals across the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Mental Health Nurses for UK clients.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assess suitability for specific healthcare roles.
• Verify compliance documents such as Right to Work, DBS checks, mandatory training and professional registrations.
• Coordinate onboarding, ensuring all compliance requirements are completed before placement.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Provide out‑of‑hours support for urgent staffing requests and last‑minute shift bookings.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Graduate).
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to work rota‑based shifts, including out‑of‑hours support when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using recruitment systems and databases.
