Recruitment Executive – HR Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Executive to join the HR team at Translation Empire. In this role you will drive the full talent‑acquisition cycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent for our growing organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and other channels.
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
• Administer and evaluate pre‑employment assessments as required.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Utilise the applicant tracking system to keep accurate candidate records.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks and best practices, providing recommendations for process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or in a similar talent‑acquisition role.
• Strong integrity, professionalism and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
