About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to design and run recruitment campaigns that attract top talent across digital channels. The position is fully remote and offers a flexible, full‑time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise recruitment marketing campaigns on job boards, social media and career sites.
• Write and enhance job descriptions and recruitment collateral to improve candidate engagement.
• Apply SEO and SEM techniques to increase visibility of job postings.
• Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to boost conversion rates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and branding teams to ensure alignment with overall talent acquisition goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing recruitment marketing initiatives on digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing platforms.
• Ability to interpret data and refine campaigns based on performance metrics.
