Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Recruitment Specialist to join our team on‑site in Kot Addu. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for technology and related positions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT and related roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job descriptions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Maintain talent pipelines using recruitment tools and platforms.
• Support onboarding and training coordination for new hires.
• Report on hiring metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
• Align talent acquisition strategies with business needs.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technical hiring.
• Strong interviewing skills to assess both technical and behavioral competencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience supporting training and onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of IT roles and basic technical concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory hiring practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using job boards.
• Familiarity with professional networking platforms.
