Recruitment Specialist – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our BPO team on the night shift. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and closing candidates for a high‑volume BPO environment, ensuring each hire meets our quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
• Conduct phone and video interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring cycles.
• Handle a large volume of requisitions while preserving recruitment quality.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of hands‑on experience recruiting for BPO operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet nightly targets.
• Respectful attitude toward all candidates regardless of outcome.
